Strengthen Your Immune System and Stay On Top of Your Health!

With the changing of seasons and emergence of new virus strains every now and then (especially with the current pandemic), it’s a must for everyone to keep up and stay healthy.  Good thing, there are lots of things we could do to help boost our immune system (I know we have said these umpteen times, but once in a while we all need some reminders to really do it)! 

So check out these top natural immunity booster tips…and keep safe and healthy, everyone!

 

o Eat a healthy diet of nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables (high in antioxidants, vitamins, fiber, phytochemicals, etc).

 

o Add nutrient-packed nuts and seeds to your diet (almonds, sunflower seeds, etc).

 

o Include a variety of other healthy foods in your diet such as turmeric, ginger, garlic, green tea, yogurt, mushrooms, oily fish, chicken, etc.

 

o Keep hydrated and drink lots of fluids (water, veggie and fruit juices).

 

o Cut down on sugar and stay away from processed foods.

 

o Maintain a healthy weight.

 

o Exercise regularly and if possible get a dose of morning sunshine.

 

o Get plenty of good quality sleep.
